August 2026 Florida Condo Buyers Loan 25% Minimum Dowpayment Eliminated. Led by Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director Bill Pulte, effectively ends a 2008 policy that forced Floridians to pay a higher down payment than any other state.
